About me

After 20 years in the advertising industry I qualified as an executive coach and set up my coaching practice. Based in beautiful Dorset, technology enables me to work locally and further afield, face to face and online.

My work with people most often in the context of their business or career. With a passion for learning about what energises us and how to get the best out of ourselves, I am delighted to be accredited with Extraordinary Leader, GC Index, Prophet and DISC to name a few. My coaching invariably involves aspects of wellbeing, I believe it is a pre-requisite for being at our best in our career.

This dovetails with my passion for yoga, which was first kindled in my 20s. Many years later I qualified as a yoga instructor and started Jewell Yoga - named after my maiden name, and in honour of the chakra Manipura (city of jewels) which is associated with fire and transformation. 

I am also proud to be a partner at Strengths Unleashed, where our leadership development work in energising individuals, teams and organisations is geared to creating better leaders for a better world.

In my downtime, long walks with Lottie, our feisty border terrier, a love of sailing, and the occasional music festival all help to keep me out of mischief.
