Yoga retreats

I organise full-day retreats, once or twice a year, at venues local to me in Dorset.

These are often collaborations with other yoga and wellbeing practitioners, and most recently featured musician and sound therapist Eva Abraham.

Check back here for announcements of future retreats, or drop me an email and I’ll make sure to keep you in the loop.

'Second Spring' yoga for women

As an accredited Menopause Yoga Teacher, I run classes and retreats designed to help women from peri to post menopause and beyond, by supporting bones, brain, heart and spirit.

My approach is founded on the idea that menopause should not be seen as an ending, but as a new beginning – a Second Spring in which women can bring their accumulated experience and wisdom to the fore.

“Jacqui is an excellent teacher who has the skills and training to support women going through the menopause, with this specialised yoga practice and positive holistic approach to women’s wellbeing.”

Petra Coveney, founder of Menopause Yoga
